If you notice that your information in the directory is out of date, there's a new addition to your family, or you simply want to change your avatar, it can all be done quickly and easily through the website. Getting to the profile edit screen is very easy. While logged into the webite, at the left side of the screen, beneath your avatar/picture, there's a hyperlink that says "Edit". Click there to edit your profile.

 

When you click on this link, it will open the "Edit Your Details" screen:

The "Portrait" tab allows you to set your avatar to an image from our gallery, or upload an image/avatar of your own.

The "Contact Info" tab allows you to update your contact information, including your name, address, and phone number. This is also where you would update your email address, and change your password.

The "Additional" tab allows you to update miscelaneous information, including your parish, what part of the valley you reside in, the curriculum you'll be using this year, how many years you've been homeschooling, and whether or not you have a child with special needs. These fields are searchable in the directory.

The "Children" tab allows you to update the ages of your children. Currently there is a maximum capacity of 10 children. If you have a need beyond this, please just let us know.
