Boys & Girls Club

Boys & Girls Club meets two Fridays a month in the East Valley, August - May. MORE INFO COMING SOON!

Boys & Girls Club serves children in Nursery through High School with a variety of educational and fun classes.  Class offerings fully depend on the desires of the parents and students involved! 

Nursery: For ages 0-3. 

Preschool: Ages 3-5.

Kindergarten-4th Grades previous classes: Blue Knights, Little Flowers, Art & Music Appreciation, Animal Study & Geography, Beginning Ballet

Middle School - 5th-8th Grades previous classes: Art & Music Appreciation, Shakespeare, Little Women Hospitality Club, STEM

High School 9th-12th Grades previous classes: Debate & Public Speaking, Shakespeare Complete Study, Social Dancing, Personal Finance, Photography

Santa Maria Co-op

We are a group of East Valley homeschool families coming together to provide our children with a rich, classical education rooted in the Catholic faith. Using elements of the Catholic Schoolhouse curriculum, we meet weekly to learn, grow, and build community.

This Year’s Focus Includes:
– History & Literary Study– Science (Grammar Level)
– Chemistry (Middle & High School)
– Saints & Virtues
– Physical Education
– Photography
– Shared lunch and fellowship

Mother of Mercy Co-Op (MOM)

Mother of Mercy Homeschool Co-op (MOM) is a co-op under the Sacred Heart Homeschool Educators (SHHE) and has been serving the Phoenix Northwest Valley since August 2016.  For the 2025/2026 year, it will be geared towards children pre-school through 12th grade and will be meeting from 8:30-11:30am on three Friday mornings per month from August to May at St Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (9728 W Palmeras Dr, Sun City). 

 

MOM is designed to support the children’s homeschool education primarily using:

  • All grades: Education in Virtue (educationinvirtue.com)
  • 10th-12th grade- Socratic logic seminar discussion, Vocations class, Students for Life Apologetics, Aerospace and Art
  • 7th-9th grade – History Socratic seminar discussion on 20th century literature, Physics class with lab, Aerospace and Art
  • K-6th: Catholic Schoolhouse, Year 2 (catholicschoolhouse.com
  • Preschool: Catholic ABC curriculum (catholicicing.com/catholic-preschool-curriculum/)
  • Toddlers and babies are welcome to come and play in the nursery.
Parents are required to stay during the full session and will be scheduled to either teach or assist in one of the classrooms (with the exception of the 7th-12th Grade Drop Off Program).  For more information email [email protected].
