Sacred Heart Home Educators membership is open to all families currently homeschooling students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade or planning to begin homeschooling these grades in the next 6 months.

4 Steps Required for 2026/2027 SHHE Membership:

1. Fill out the registration form below.

2. Read, Sign & Upload SET Documents in the 2026/2027 SHHE Membership Agreement. This page contains the SHHE Membership Agreement, Photography/Videography Release and requires the upload of your Safe Environment Training certificate dated July 1, 2026 or later. To renew your SET certificate or download your certificate/status visit https://phoenix.cmgconnect.org/ and log into your account. Once you have renewed, please save a copy of your completion certificate or screen shot the completion page. Make sure that your name is on the certificate or screen shot and that it is dated July 1, 2026 or later.

3. Complete the SHHE Volunteer Sign Up 2026/2027 form. SHHE is a 100% volunteer run organization! We have amazing events because of awesome volunteers like you! While volunteering with SHHE is optional this year, our events will only happen with your help! 4. Complete Payment ($50 July 1 - August 31; $60 September 1 or later)

Membership to the Sacred Heart Home Educators is for a single school year from July 1 to June 30.

SHHE is a 501(c)(3) organization in the state of Arizona.

Tips for how to fill out this form:

Please fill in the main homeschooling parent (usually the wife/mom) as the "Primary" and the other parent as the "Secondary". Both parents are equally important, but one will use the site more than the other. If you would like for both parents to participate in the Forum and receive emails, add the second parent's email address under "Additional email address(es)".
After adding your first child, click "Add another" directly under the "Child" box to add the second, and so forth.
For "Church Affliliation" please enter your parish.
For "Forum Emails", leave the settings as they are to receive individual forum emails as soon as they are posted. If you would rather have a daily digest, select "Daily Digest". All of these settings can be changed later by editing your member profile.
